The firm had the experience, expertise, and reputation to serve clients at a high level, but their online presence didn’t reflect that reality. In one of the most competitive legal markets in Texas, limited visibility meant potential clients were finding competitors instead.

The objectives for firm evolved naturally as the SEO campaign began delivering results and the firm’s growth expectations increased. The initial goal was to launch SEO on a basic package, establish online visibility, and start generating early traction through organic search.

When the campaign began, our clients firm was operating in one of the most competitive legal markets in the country, Houston, where standing out in search results requires more than just having a website.
The site had minimal SEO optimization and lacked structured, search-focused content, making it difficult for Google to understand and rank key practice areas. Important service pages were not properly optimized for high-intent legal keywords, limiting their ability to attract qualified traffic.

To address these challenges, we implemented a structured, multi-phase SEO strategy designed to strengthen visibility, expand reach, and improve conversions across multiple channels.

The campaign began with a focused redesign and optimization of six core service pages. As performance improved, the scope expanded into a full website revamp, improving navigation, content readability, and strategic call-to-action placement to better guide users toward conversion.
As results gained traction, the campaign was upgraded to a higher SEO package, allowing for daily blog publishing and increased off-page activities. To expand geographic reach beyond Houston, new location pages were created, launching separate SEO campaigns for San Antonio and Austin, along with additional cities and counties. Keyword optimization and internal linking strategies were implemented across the site to strengthen topical relevance and improve rankings.
The Google Business Profile was enhanced with optimized service descriptions, consistent NAP information, and frequently asked questions, helping improve local visibility and engagement in search and map results.
We improved page speed, strengthened internal linking, and added optimized service descriptions to enhance user experience and support stronger crawlability.
This approach was implemented consistently over an eight-month period, during which more than 80 percent of targeted keywords showed measurable ranking improvements.
To show the impact of our SEO efforts, we have included a performance comparison between the first month of the campaign in May 2023 and the last complete month in October 2025.

Monthly organic users increased from 82 to 1,611, representing a total growth of 1,864.63%.
